Albert Bigelow Paine letters, 1904.

The collection contains two letters. Paine writes to Wallace R. Farrington of Honolulu (Governor of Hawaii, 1921-1929), 5 Sept. 1904, thanking him for the clipping about the St. Nicholas League and mentioning that some of St. Nicholas' best contributors are from Hawaii; and to E.S. Goodhue, of the Evening bulletin, Honolulu, 5 Dec. 1904, saying he will send a copy of the Nast book for review. Both letters are typescript, signed by Paine, and have the letterhead for the St. Nicholas Editorial Rooms.
